What is the Financial Investment?
Rates vary by the clinician and are based on experience and training level. Please contact Clinicians directly for private pay rates and fees. Some of our clinicians are able to offer a Sliding Scale.
Couples and Family Sessions have an increased price. Please contact the therapist to inquire about rates and if they offer couples or family therapy. Not all therapists work with couples or families.
Do You Take and Bill Health Insurance?
We are not credentialed with any insurance and do not bill insurance directly.
We work indirectly with insurance by offering a "Superbill" or Statement of Services to Clients who wish to utilize their PPO insurance. Please contact your insurance company to verify coverage or possible reimbursement with an out-of-network provider.
Seeing an Out of Network Provider
Many clients find that counseling services are covered in part by their health insurance. "SuperBills" can be provided so that you can pursue reimbursement (partial or full) from your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider to check coverage carefully by verifying:
If you have mental health insurance benefits and are you able to pursue mental health services from an out-of-network provider? Is pre-authorization needed?
How many appointments per year will my health insurance cover? Am I limited to 45 or 50 minute appointments or can I be approved for 90 or 120 minute appointments?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session (percentage, max amount, ect)?
What is the process for you to get reimbursement (partial or full)? (i.e. is there a specific form you must submit with your SuperBill)
